  • Contessa has amazing pizza and pasta dishes and it's perfect to indulge in these; however, try to balance the meal by ordering protein & salad/ veggies as your main dish and then sharing a pasta or having 1-2 slices of pizza

  • This way you'll get full mostly off of protein and veggies, but you still get to try delicious dishes as your carb source for that meal
