The Dietitians Behind Method 42
SOLI FAERMAN
Soli is a Registered Dietitian based in Miami, FL. She earned her Bachelor's degree at the University of Miami and then went on to complete her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition at NYU. Soli has extensive experience in the nutrition field and has worked with conditions including diabetes, hypercholesterolemia, hypothyroidism, and menopause. Soli also has extensive experience with sports nutrition. She is passionate about educating on sustainable weight loss and aims to make nutrition accessible and simple.


RAQUEL PAPU COHEN
Raquel is a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Nutritionist based in Miami, FL. She earned her Bachelor's of Science degree at Tufts University in Boston, MA and then went on to LA to complete her Master's degree in Functional Medicine. Raquel has extensive experience in the nutrition field and has worked with conditions including diabetes, kidney disease, hypothyroidism, and IBD. Raquel is passionate about helping her patients reach their health goals through nutrition education. She ultimately aims to teach flexibility in nutrition in order to create awareness, but never obsession, around food.
