ALL DAY BREAKFAST:

  • Two eggs any style with multigrain bread

  • Greek omelette

  • Salmon omelette

  • Feta cheese & tomato scrambled eggs

  • Turkey scrambled eggs

  • Egg Tip: For omelettes and scrambles, ask for one whole egg and the rest egg white or to just do plain egg whites, especially if the egg dish already has another source of fat like cheese for examples

  • Avocado toast (add egg or smoked salmon for protein)

  • Tuna toast

  • Acai bowl (ask for greek yogurt in the base and go light on the granola)

  • Oatmeal (little or no honey, use stevia)

  • Greek yogurt (light on the granola, light or no honey, aim to use stevia if you can)

  • Fruit salad

SALADS:

  • Greek Salad (add protein)

  • Tuna Salad

  • Chicken Caesar Salad (no croutons, light on dressing)

  • Greens & Chicken

  • Arugula Salad

  • Beet Salad (add protein)

  • Salmon Salad

  • TIP: when ordering salads out, order dressing on the side, use around half and wet further with vinegar)

SANDWICHES:

  • Turkey (no mayo, multigrain bread, remove top half of bread)

  • Chicken (multigrain bread, remove top half of bread)

  • Tuna Salad (multigrain bread, remove top half of bread)

  • Salmon (multigrain bread, remove top half of bread)

BOWLS & SOUPS:

  • Quinoa Bowl (add protein and ask for only half the amount of quinoa and add more greens or veggies)

  • Chicken Bowl (ask for only half the amount of brown rice and add more greens or veggies)

  • Salmon Fillet Bowl (ask for only half the amount of brown rice and add more greens or veggies)

  • Tuna Poke Bowl (ask for only half the amount of brown rice and add more greens or veggies)

  • Lentil Soup

SMOOTHIES & POWER DRINKS:

  • Red, White & Blue (add protein powder, sub water or almond milk for coconut water)

  • Greek Stallion (add protein powder, no dates, no honey)

  • Berry Acai (add protein powder, sub water or almond milk for coconut water)

  • Peanut Butter Power (sub almond milk or water for skim milk, no honey)

  • Popeye Shake (no dates, no honey)

COFFEES & TEA:

  • Order cappuccinos and lattes (usually have more milk) with unsweetened almond milk

  • It's perfect if you want real milk (whole, half & half, skim) to add a splash of in your black coffee
