Mo's Bagels & Deli


BREAKFAST SPECIALS:

  • Two eggs any style with tomato and either 1/2 of a scooped out whole wheat bagel OR side of fruit

  • Egg white veggie omelette (little or no butter) and either 1/2 of a scooped out whole wheat bagel OR side of fruit

  • Oatmeal with a side of scrambled eggs

  • Nova or Lox appetizer with 1/2 of a scooped out whole wheat bagel

  • Avocado toast with 2 eggs

EGGS & OMELETTES:

  • Two eggs (plain, with cheese or with avocado toast)

  • Omelet (either 2 eggs and the rest egg whites or all egg whites)- plain or veggie and (optional) a bit of cheese

  • Spanish omelet

  • Mexican omelet

  • Veggie omelet

SMOKED FISH APPETIZERS:

  • Fish platter for one (with 1/2 of a scooped out whole wheat bagel)

  • Nova or lox appetizer

SALAD APPETIZERS, SIDES & SANDWICHES:

  • Tuna salad

  • White fish salad

  • Baked salmon salad

  • Egg salad

  • Turkey breast sandwich (one slice bread removed)

  • Turkey or tuna melt (one slice of bread removed)

  • Burger (beef, chicken, turkey)- no bun

  • Mo's tossed salad with either individual can of tuna, tuna salad, veggie tuna salad

  • Greek salad

  • Grilled salmon salad

  • Mo's israeli salad

  • Oriental chicken salad (no noodles, no mandarin oranges)

DAIRY DELIGHTS:

  • Mo's delight (melon & low-fat cottage cheese)
