    • Tip: Add yogurt or scrambled eggs on the side for more protein

  • Sant Amboeus has great pastas:

    • Tip: order protein with veggies/ salad as your main dish and share one of the pastas- that way you get full off your main dish but can still enjoy some of the more caloric but very delicious pasta dishes

    • Tip: pastas made with tomato based sauces will generally be less caloric than those made with creamy sauces
