SASHIMI & NIGIRI

  • All sashimis are great

  • All nigiris are also great, just be mindful of the amount of rice

  • Pro Tip: If the nigiris are very big, cut off around half of the rice and wrap the fish around the reming rice/ that way you have more protein and less carbs

MAKI, CLASSIC ROLLS & LUCY ROLLS:

  • All rolls are great as long as they don't have tempura flakes/ are not tempura fried

  • Ask if they can make you rolls with little rice instead of the usual amount
